Several suspicions are raised on this tag.
1. No hand stamped inspection number as found on other Atlanta tags.
2. Car does not appear to have ever had factory Air Conditioning although it
    currently has aftermarket A/C.
3. Radio rear speaker & rear antenna codes (R & S) are reversed in order.
4. Car does not appear to have ever had Comfortilt steering column.
5. Front/rear bumper guards is suspect group code & car has no bumper guards.
6. Tag missing hole in lower left quadrant.
