Greg's 1968 Chevelle of the Month - November 2013
This 1968 Chevelle Malibu belonged to my boss. He bought it used
in 1969 and has had it ever since. The car is a 327 (L30, numbers matching)
and factory A/C. But most of all, it has the original simulated wire
wheel covers (something I have never seen before). Two weeks ago, our
bottom car storage building was subjected to flooding and 6 feet of
water flooding 3 cars.
The car was totaled by insurance and he bought it back. It is now mine
to do a full restoration on, complete with the wire wheel covers (that
was stored in a crawlspace of his house since the early 70s).
Car is currently being restored.
