Kent's 1972 Chevelle of the Month - December 2013
This was my first car in high school. I purchased it in 1978. I have owned it continuously since then. It went through a full body restoration in 2011-2012. New quarter panels and one new door skin plus I added the SS hood and stripes. I DID NOT do SS badging since it has always been my Malibu. I stayed with original color; PLACER GOLD with black vinyl top. Engine was updated to 383 stroker but numbers matching engine was kept on a stand. Transmission, rear end and everything else is original to the car. Interior was changed from cloth bench seat to vinyl bench seat.
