Unknown Letter

This letter is found on selected Baltimore tags.  The letter "B" has been found on three 13837 style tags and the letter "F" on a 13427 style tag. The letters BF have been found on 13680 and 13880 El Caminos as well. The meaning of these letters is unknown.
