Final Assembly Destination


The Euclid, Ohio Fisher Body plant build station wagons for other GM divisions so it was pressed into service in 1964 and 1965 to produce 2-door station wagons and El Camino bodies that were then shipped to their final assembly plant for completion.

The three plants known to have bodies build at the Euclid facility are:
A ~ Atlanta - El Camino and 300 series 2-door station wagon
B ~ Baltimore - El Camino and 300 series 2-door station wagon
K ~ Kansas City - El Camino and 300 series 2-door station wagon
