I wish to register my 1966 Canadian Malibu SS - All Fields Required Required additional items. 1.  Readable photo of Fisher Body number plate (also known as 'Trim Tag', 'Cowl Tag', and/or 'Firewall Tag') like the example below. The Fisher Body number plate is located on the firewall just above and to the left of the master brake cylinder. 2.  Readable photo of VIN plate if possible; or photo of VIN from title, warranty Protect-O-Plate card, or other form of vehicle identification showing the complete VIN. The VIN plate is found on the driver's door frame between the upper and lower door hinges. 3.  Photo of the car. Preferably a three-quarter front view with as little background clutter as possible and minimum resolution of 640x480. You may upload up to three photos with this form.
