The 1957 Cameo Carrier added accent trim to the sides of the bed. Nine two-tone combinations were offered as choices, choices are from GM Heritage Center's 1957 Chevrolet Truck Information Kit, page 75.

Coral Canyon is not shown in GM's Information Kit for 1957. It may
have been a late addition.
The 1957 GMC Surburban Pickup is often afforded the same "Carrier" name as the Chevrolet Cameo. Data are very scarce on the 1957 model year. Apparently the 1957 model year did not get the same decorative side trim as the Chevrolet Cameo. Note the three different paint styles...which is 'correct' is unknown.
Here only the B pillar is painted white.
