Only 12,194 2010 Corvettes were built due to the ongoing recession. the Grand Sport Coupe turned out to be the big seller in 2010 with 3,707 units sold. Oddly, the Z06 saw its lowest production in 2010 with only 518 units; the ZR1 sold almost three times as many of the Z06 with 1,577 units sold.
