Queen City Chevelle Club Meeting Minutes, June 6, 2026
- Meeting was called to order by Pres. Craig Garrett at 12:00 pm. 11 members were present. - Dixie provided the treasures report. Craig thanked her for taking on the role.
 - Craig stated we are still having difficulty getting to our website. We have not been able to locate the access code to the site. Robert indicated he will check to see if he has any information that may help gain access. Our only other option, according to the vendor, is to start all over and that would result in the need for a new website name.
- The current officers have agreed to stay on for an additional term. Craig again thanked Dixie for taking over the Treasures role. - Please note that Dues are due for some members.
- Craig opened a discussion as there have been several inquiries about the future of the club. He mentioned that the loss of financial support from O’Reilly had a significant impact on the ability to sponsor a Regional Show. Everyone agreed we should continue as a club and continue meeting. In addition, there was agreement that we should work toward sponsoring a local car show in the future. We also agreed that we should not dismiss sponsoring a Regional Show at some point
- Dixie suggested we have a cruise and picnic. The tentative date will be Sunday, July 26. Time and place to be announced. Trey offered to help set up the cruise.
 - Next meeting will be at the July Cruise/Picnic. More to come.
