The Arlington, Texas assembly plant reportedly assembled 68,839 Chevelles in 1970. This accounted for 10.58% of all 1970 Chevelles reportedly assembled in the U.S. and Canada. Production problems delayed assembly of any Chevelle at Arlington until December 1969. No El Caminos were built at Arlington in 1970.
Due to the scarcity of build sheets from the Arlington, Texas assembly plant they will be covered on this version without much detail as I do not have enough examples to draw any real conclusions and give positive answers.

The SCHED NO DATE has no logical format for month/day date unlike other plants.
Where Arlington Build Sheets Are Typically Found
Arlington, Texas build sheets are generally found under the carpeting on the driver side foot well and, therefore, are often soaked with the material used to glue down the matting making them (1) very hard to read and (2) not too common to find. Due to this limited number of examples that seems to have survived, no information is shown for Arlington.
Anyone with particular questions, contact me with specifics and I'll attempt to answer with the limited resources available.
