Flint, Michigan

Introduction

The Flint, Michigan assembly plant reportedly assembled 87,922 Chevelles in 1970. This accounted for 13.32% of all 1970 Chevelles reportedly assembled in the U.S. and Canada. Production problems delayed assembly of any Chevelle at Flint from October 1969 to January 1970. No El Caminos were built at Flint in 1970.

Flint, Michigan build sheets seem non-existent. All that has been found to date have been BODY BROADCAST COPY & CHASSIS BROADCAST COPY sheets similar to those found in earlier years at other plants.
