Due to the various number of 'weeks' in any given month and the month's beginning day may or may not correspond with the first 'working' day of the month, the scenario presented is the only one that works consistently for week letters of "A" through "E." There appears to be no published standard guideline for dates of the month that constitute a given week defined as week "A", week "B", etc. and theories abound.

Therefore, the following is assumed for the days in the week for relative clarification and to put week letter designations into perspective.

Week "A" are dates 1-7, "B" are dates 8-14, "C" are dates 15-21, "D" are dates 22-28, "E" are dates 29-31 and are not to be taken as literal.
